Make a useful record

A checklist you can return to.

Choose your exact model, read the preparation list and follow the observable checks. Each task includes the full steps, a schematic, source references and possible next actions.

Follow the task

Confirm the model, control panel and manual separately. Complete the preparation items, then answer only what you can observe safely. “Not observed” preserves an honest record when an action has not been performed.

Keep the result

Add before and after observations and a date. Save your place on this browser, download a JSON or text record, or print the guide with its diagrams. Printing also lets you save a PDF with your browser. Archive a record when you want to keep it and start a fresh observation.

Choose a care plan

Care plans arrange related tasks in a useful order. Their continue, skip and pause conditions help you decide what applies. Each task still has its own preparation and checks; a plan decision does not complete a task.

Set a reminder

Where a manual gives an interval, its basis appears beside the reminder. Otherwise choose your own review interval. A downloaded calendar event is a personal plan and does not record maintenance as completed.

What a result means

A result records your selected observations, preparation or need for qualified support. Completing a guide does not certify a physical repair. These tasks have not been physically tested on an appliance by Homekeep.
